2025 Eddie Rivera Sportsmanship Award Final Vote
The finalists have been named for the 2025 sportsmanship award. This year, the award recipient will be voted on by the QVBL league members! The field of candidates were narrowed down to three individuals and they are:
- Dan "Gunner" Genovese: Orioles
- Steve Higgins: Pirates
- Dan Vreeland: Cardinals
Update: Voting is now officially closed. The results will be announced at the 2025 QVBL Championship Game on Sunday September 14th. Thank you to all league members who voted!
QVBL
The Quabbin Valley Baseball League is an all abilities baseball league open to men and women who are over 28 years of age, or will turn 28 by December 31, 2025. The only stipulation is that the player cannot pitch until the age of 30.
Fee for the League this season is $200.00. Registration for the 2025 season will be opening up soon. Please watch for the notifications to your email and social media.
Reserve players will need to register differently. Please contact league officials for instructions on how to register as a reserve player.
